Opening to Consciousness Through My Spiritual Awakening

Opening to Consciousness Through My Spiritual Awakening
Before speaking about consciousness from my own spiritual awakening, I want to begin by clarifying the difference between the two concepts and how they intertwine. Spiritual consciousness is the understanding of our true nature and our connection with something greater than ourselves. Spiritual awakening, on the other hand, is the process that allows us to realize that connection. In short, awakening is the catalyst, and consciousness is the state we arrive at.
Consciousness is always present in our lives and manifests itself through our individual and collective experiences. It is the purest expression of living in faith and letting go of control. Recognizing it—or ignoring it—is our choice.
From a very young age, I sensed that there was a broader, deeper way of living, beyond what my eyes could see. I could perceive what lay behind appearances, though I didn’t quite understand its purpose. I grew up believing I had to adapt, to be “the good girl” and the “self-sacrificing woman,” as society and religion dictated. That belief validated the unconscious idea that my truth was simply to adjust to others. I saw greatness and potential in everyone else but not in myself. Yet deep within me, I felt there was a parallel reality that would one day reveal a different truth.
Over time, my passion for understanding “my truth” became my spiritual path. It was a slow but steady process: learning to look within, releasing fear, and letting go of fixed ideas of who I thought I was. Meditation, connecting with my body and emotions, and the medicine of the jungle became my allies in this awakening. Little by little, I began to recognize consciousness. My vision of life, of myself, and of others was renewed. I realized that my path was not to lose myself in others, but to recognize the light in myself and in every being.
This journey begins when we free the mind and open the heart. Every experience we live brings us closer to consciousness; there is no good or bad, only the opportunity to expand. Consciousness is presence, gratitude, and the constant state of reciving form our spiritual nature.
Today, from my heart, I share with you the inspiration and the willingness to recognize your truth and your infinite connection with divine consciousness. Through our vision board's individual sessions and therapies, we have created a loving space to help you deconstruct limiting beliefs and begin living fully from your spiritual awakening.
With love,
