Intuition

Listening to your intuition is the first step to returning to yourself.

Intuition

Intuition is the subtle voice of your inner truth. It does not arise from the mind, but from a deeper wisdom that lives within you — an inner feeling that guides you, even when you cannot explain it with words.

You will learn to listen to your inner voice and trust it. When you connect with your intuition, fear loses its power, and your decisions begin to align with your truth.

  • Listen to your inner signals
  • Quiet the mental noise
  • Trust your own guidance
The Journey

The 4 Weeks

Week 1 – Listening to the Body

Technique: Guided meditation with conscious breathing and body connection.

Objective: To learn to recognize intuition as an inner guide in decision-making.

Blockage: Constant doubt, indecision, and disconnection from the body.

Transformation: By bringing attention to the body and the breath, the mind calms and intuitive responses begin to be felt more clearly.

Integration: Each session ends with a space for reflection, supported by key questions and practical exercises that help integrate the experience and apply it in daily life.

Week 2 – Calming the Mind

Technique: OM mantra practice with a focus on the body’s vibration.

Objective: To calm the mind and develop greater intuitive perception and sensitivity.

Blockage: Mental agitation and emotional restlessness.

Transformation: Through the vibration of sound, the nervous system regulates and the mind enters a state of greater stillness and presence.

Integration: Key questions and practical exercises to help integrate the experience and apply it in daily life.

Week 3 – Perceiving without Judgment

Technique: Intuitive perception exercise in interaction with others (first impressions without judgment).

Objective: To develop the ability to perceive beyond thought and automatic judgment.

Blockage: The tendency to assume, interpret, or judge instead of perceiving directly.

Transformation: By observing without reacting, you learn to distinguish between intuition and mental constructions.

Integration: Key questions and practical exercises to help integrate the experience and apply it in daily life.

Week 4 – Integrating Neutrality

Technique: Working with polarities: negative mind, positive mind, and neutral mind.

Objective: To observe thoughts without identifying with them. A state of neutrality.

Blockage: Living from fear (negative mind) or from unrealistic idealization (positive mind).

Transformation: Recognizing polarities and developing a broader, more balanced perspective. Making decisions from awareness.

Integration: Key questions and practical exercises to help integrate the experience and apply it in daily life.

Vision · Integration · Action

A creative integration experience.

Listening to your intuition is the first step to returning to yourself.

Each pillar concludes with an integration session designed to transform your newfound awareness into a clear vision and a conscious path forward.

Through reflection, visualization, and intentional planning, you will integrate your experience, honor your personal growth, redefine your identity, and take meaningful steps toward a life that feels more authentic, aligned, and intentional.

Transformation doesn't happen when you simply understand an idea.
It happens when you integrate it and begin to live it.
